What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • GCash (Philippines)
  • Bank Transfer (Philippines)

📌 Note: All prices are displayed in PHP (₱) and USD ($). International orders will be automatically converted by your bank or PayPal.

👉 We do not accept direct credit or debit card payments at the moment.

Do I need to check my email after checkout?

Yes ✅ After you place your order, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions. Please follow the instructions to complete your payment.

🔔 Your order will only be secured once payment has been confirmed.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! 🔒 All transactions are processed securely through PayPal, GCash, or your bank. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

🌍 Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes! Our store is proudly based in the Philippines and we’re happy to ship our products across the globe.

✈️ International Shipping (via DHL)

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs process.
  • Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Philippines via J&T Express)

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • Delivery usually takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During sales or high-volume periods, order processing may take a little longer.

We want you to love your order! 💜 If there are any issues, here’s our policy:

  • Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

⚠️ No Order Cancellations: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund or exchange status.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, and other chemicals.
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
  • Store pieces in a dry place, ideally in the jewelry pouch/box provided.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Our pieces are designed with high-quality materials. However, all plated jewelry may naturally tarnish over time depending on care, skin type, and exposure to moisture.

How do I clean my jewelry?

  • Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
  • Avoid using harsh cleaning solutions.
  • For stubborn spots, use a mild soap with water and pat dry immediately.
